This Is Where We Die by Cindy R.X. He seemed like a book I would love because I thoroughly enjoyed her previous book Perfect Little Monsters! This one has a bit of a crazy plot line though! Group of friends go on a school trip, but this same group are ones that barely survived a ski trip before and two of their friends died in the process. Seems like a bad idea to me, but makes for a great storyline!

The six “friends” are very different. It’s actually part of the perk of this book is that these kids are so different that their friendship doesn’t really make sense. The red flags were flying, but no one was paying attention to them. That also made the book interesting, but also frustrating. Also… rich friends, right? The fact that a group of 6 kids could afford to go on this trip is insane!

I think my favorite person was Isla. I just liked her personality and she added to the story. But as the bodies started piling up, I got suspicious of everyone, even though early on they kind of show you who the killer is without showing you. It’s a little hard to explain without spoiling, but what I can say it He threw all the twists and turns at us. The story hooks you from the beginning and keeps you interested throughout! I have another book by this author coming up to read and I can’t wait because I know it will be a page turner! Check it out and let me know what you think!
